A first introduction part to HE explains some base A second part, the most important, allows you to search by disease / disorder (insomnia, anxiety through sinusitis or the flu, and all our little evils therein). A final section that gives detailed profile of each oil. This is complemented with a very well lexicon that allows you to quickly find the pages of the books that are related to the problem you want to solve. It is so good that I've already bought 3 times in order to offer people that I try to convert to the use of ET. With it, you can say goodbye to the chemistry that poisons you and you truly begin to heal and sustainably.
