Appropriate monitoring with significant weaknesses

The extension of the Gigaset system elements is a cam m. E. sense - in fact indispensable.
My system consists of 5 door, 8 motion, 2 window, siren 1 and 1 camera.
I had previously tried already Cams other manufacturers (including D-Link). However, a standardized operation of plant and Cam over the same app seemed long term meaningful.

These are my experiences with the camera:
- Construction and installation no problem, handsome design
- Externally stable unit with very valent stand / wall mounting
- Good picture in daylight or bright light sources in the room
- Is stable in the WLAN
- IR diodes glow red - but vigorously expose up to 10 m
Here is the list of weaknesses:
- Response time of the streaming server (compared to D-Link) and quite long
- There are often disconnections before the start of video streaming
- The sound transmission is bad (distorted)
- IR diodes are reflected through plastic dome lens, m. E. is a bad design
- There is no image or video-recording function

About the philosophy at first only to show a still image and video streaming
having to request separately, you may disagree.

I will probably not expand my system with other cams of gigagset elements but rely on other CAM solutions.
