Art therapy ... pretty interesting

I did not know art therapy.
I admit that it is quite interesting if we play the game.
This book is a book of "coloring" for adults in which there are shapes or coloring phrases.
The messages or drawings were thoughts or goals of positive thoughts.
If we focus and we are doing this type of coloring, it can be more zen like during a meditation session.

The paper quality is good and but avoid the water felt too waterlogged.
I recommend colored pencils on paper this book otherwise the leaves will curl and the book is no longer close properly.
What is nice is its quite handy format (like a big novel, but thinner) because you can take it on a train, at work during break time, etc.
