artist to discover

This is a very good book for, like me, get to know Carl Larsson. His life,
his work and his artistic influence, especially in Sweden, are well summarized in the early
.The book collection of 'beautiful works show an artist dominating all watercolor techniques
and moving towards a mixed technique that combines graphics, more or less pronounced, and color, more or
less flat, as in the Japanese art or certain Comics;
Scenes familiar, intimate, rural life, are the subject of most of the watercolors; their charm
a little retro can not be ignored.
