Fits like any other running shoes from Asics. Since I on different surfaces and different length (7km - 25km) course I have several models of Asics running shoes. The Kayano I use primarily for longer runs and have already had the 17er and 19er models as Kayano running shoe. Good damping good grip on forest trails (uneven ground). For me as a health runners (no Evantteilnahme) the ideal running shoe.
