An accomplished "amateur craftsmen" I decided some time ago, gradually switch to "Professional power tools". Now it was time to look for a new impact drill out. Delighted with the quality of the blue Bosch series (2 screwdriver, angle grinder, Oszillationssäge are already in my use), I opted for the BOSCH GSB 16 RE. Unfortunately I had to find both commissioning the machine (chuck and shaft) unbalanced / non-circular ran. At low speed, the imbalance of the shaft was to be heard, or felt. Gem. Manual you can unscrew the chuck (shaft side fix by 4mm pin, then the screw in the chuck solve). The opening for fixing the shaft was indeed present at the side, but the chuck no screw was solve. I was told that 16 RE models, all chuck were bonded and secured to the shaft to within a few GSB from BOSCH customer service. The machine was re-packaged to be sent back to Amzon. A 2 was simultaneously ordered new (in the hope that the errors were present only for the first order). Also in the second machine the same errors were available. As all good things "three" are, I now wait for the "third". The second is again "on the way to Amazon". Should the third machine have the same quality-reducing features, it is for me in the future: BOSCH was blue times, no thanks.
