On a PC / notebook with latest drivers / kernel that thing works quite well.
For Android 4.2 with kernel 3.4.95 it is not 100% transparent to be appropriate because the drivers included in the kernel is possibly older than the chip revision and only a depreciation rate (6 instead of 16 Mbit to the Internet) is capable. Since it is hard to re-install drivers for Android itself, the problem is not solved then.
