The Macke is in itself something special, whether radio or CD, the unit always switches exactly 15 minutes from itself.
Any attempt by phone to contact the manufacturer via its hotline in contact fail the "... our account managers are in talks, Please try again at another time again ..." 6 days of ichs abandoned, on the phone bill I'm curious, because not clear is whether this number is free of charge.
Very sad and worth not really a star at the moment, but the processing and appearance is good, and the hope was to find a solution for the problem is not yet given.
Addendum: to get in touch After several attempts with the manufacturer began a long journey for the radio. At first, I had to send (at their own expense) to the radio studio of producer who looked at the thing, could do nothing, and sent it back with the note: please contact the dealer for replacement. Well ... cigarette smell in the box there was at least free.
Amazon has immediately sent a replacement.
As for the manufacturers, I must say ... apart from the fact that you have to find the number of service hotline only on the Internet, this one needs indeed nowhere print in the instruction manual, it's awesome that you need two months to times to get someone to answer the phone.
I stay then sit still on the postage costs, which had for a device from the first day to a defect in which even write their own technicians "not repairable" I find not very pleasing.
Only Amazon can I with the whole number commendable ... klick..klick, already came Prepaid return-list from the printer, and before I made the defective radio at the post office, replacement was already on the way.
From the beginning I have 2 to 3 stars gone high because the new radio works now, but there's deduction for the manufacturer because it has a lot of fun and Surcharges if that does not fit.
