Hello, I say immediately, I am the author of this book. Why put a high note? Well it seems that if someone can put a poor assessment for "note" a book he has not read, and only to give his opinion on the best way to go about things, I do not see why would prohibit me to rebalance the scales. In short, do not take my note for cash, I'm not one to throw me flowers (if you doubt, see pages "review" of my music SONELEC-site, and you will see that censorship exists not at home).
