I play Mariokart for some years and I find it absolutely successful game. Much of the success and attractiveness of the game comes from competition between online players around the world. But then, in order to boost sales of their new Wii console, Nintendo decided to scuttle the party online game despite the large number of players who still gather each evening to enjoy this excellent game. The result is a game losing 2/3 of its interest and raises doubts about the will of Nintendo to provide quality support long term. If Blizzard manages to maintain a platform for their games for 20 years, is a mockery of its customers who were 34 million. A buy Mariokart than rot them their pleasure for purely commercial reasons.
