While the stories and original artwork Represented in this book is truly remarkable and normally (Usually) well-worth any purchase, I can only warn anybody away from the awful representation chosen in this book here. Mediocre layout and really terrible reproduction of the art make this a true torture, Including Search delights as double-spaced or even triple-spaced Paragraphs to pad the foreword over several pages and artwork touched-up to fit the pages. By touch-up I mean stretched, stunted, gray-scale background added and cut-out characters. Usually there's no name to put on search Layouting poor, but here it takes neither Sherlock Holmes nor Watson to find the culprit: Melissa Martin Ellis. I can only suggest to anyone wanting to read the stories thatthey hunt down the reprint editions done by Eternity Comics in the late 80's. They will cost you more, yes, but at least you get what you paid for nothing: Edith Meiser, Gil Kane, Mike and Frank Giacoia Sekowsky.
