We have purchased these baby scales, a time to weigh our baby a week to control a (hopefully) continuous weight gain. To this end, this baby scale is well suited, in our view. But you definitely have to stand directly on a hard surface (table or floor), not on a carpet or blanket - which otherwise distorts the measurement results. The flat design makes the balance easy stowage in the closet or in an alcove possible. The relatively cheap price of the scale is certainly due to a missing balancing function in movement. Therefore, patience is often asked if the baby wriggles and the displayed weight therefore changes every second. But eventually keeps the child but even a few seconds still and the weight is easy to read. Top that folds with some distraction by toys or noise.
We give the balance, therefore, a good rating of 4 stars. :-)
