On the one hand here would be the micro ceramic non-stick coating to call. I've worked with many "Teflon pans", including those who were actually coated with Teflon, or other comparable coatings. None could fully convince me so far, especially in the longer term. For some products, the cooking just yet adhered to or were difficult to clean, or the surface of used despite proper use too fast and lost its non-stick properties.
None of this applies to this coating. On the surface, nothing adheres to, is sufficient for cleaning almost always clear water and a cloth (not more than a little washing up liquid when a lot of fat in the pan had), and the coating is so far no signs of wear. And because the pan makers complete their dishes so cover (including the underside, the show with other manufacturers with metal base slightly discolored or hard to remove soils), which applies to the whole pan - short with a kitchen towel any leftovers from the pan wipe, rinse That's it!
Second, the pan is a direct hit as pan. The bottom distributes heat evenly and reliable (I use a conventional glass ceramic hob), the heat keeps well, and can also be metered easily.
In addition, a price that can only be described as very fair in view of the astronomical prices of several other manufacturers and the associated modest performance.
I have decided, therefore, now gradually more pots & pans exchanged for the products of Fischbach. Long story short: buy and try it for yourself.
