The baking result is excellent. I usually use a ready mix, 500g. When finished bread shape is well filled and I imagine with any machine the question, what happens if I use more flour. This is possible according to the description. Presumably then the bread moves from the mold. As I leave the dough hook in the form is in full square shape of the waste through the hole not as great as in the square. The flour is, as already described also kneaded better and does not get stuck on the edge. Conclusion, small loaves thoroughly recommended.
