Stay away from this product that not suitable for safe transport. I had baked a delicious cheese cake Mandarin for a friend and touched the baking pan on the handles.
After about 20 seconds, undid the latch and sommit the lid.

In short, the delicious freshly baked cake landed on the floor of the stairwell and was thus a case for the garbage can!

2 hours work and about 12 for the ingredients were for naught!
