It is the only album that has been released by Gloria Scott. Barry White Gloria Scott had been contracted and produced this album. It was by himself, Gene Page (his longtime companions) and Tom Brock (The album "I Love You More and More", produced and arranged by Barry White and Gene Page of Barry White) arranged. Dustygroove called it "one of the greatest soul albums ever".
Because Barry White put in the course of the 70's, among other things, more and more attention to his own career, there was no other album release of Gloria Scott. There are only two previously unreleased songs by Gloria Scott to a subsequent album that was never completed: "Just As Long As We're Together (In My Life There Will Never Be Another)" instrumental version is on the B-side of the Single and "I've Got To Have All Of You"
On the album 9 songs are published; the title track "What Am I Gonna Do" is also included as a pure instrumental piece entitled "What Shall I Do" it.
