I bought this product there is a little less than two years. After less than a year, the battery was already holding almost the load and the detachable part does clung properly. I contact the customer service to request a return guarantee, which tells me that I have to bring myself vacuuming an authorized repairer, the more boring the closer is already rather far from home. In reality, this is not the case, the repair is just the VAS, not guarantees returns. A bit jaded, I let the matter drag up a little before the end of warranty and recalls their service. Well I discovered at that time that this product is guaranteed one year, and the battery is not supported! If the manufacturer provides a battery that does not take long, he washes his hands! In fact, the Amazon ** page ** indicates no warranty condition and packaging either, I had in mind that the product would be guaranteed at least 2 years, and many not at all.
It's a shame, the product would not be so bad but a short battery life (I looked on the net, many more users complain) and a limited warranty also is a scam, especially as the service is bad. I do not buy this brand and I will be careful safeguards. Maybe Amazon should establish its own service when those brands do not provide their job?
