Since the day when I got the book and doing some research on the net, I've changed my diet after 80/10/10 Guidelines. Since then, so much has changed in my life for the better.
We buy once a week in the organic market. That's enough for 2 people. But for huge amounts. Salad tastes partly sweet and partly already gets it in the preparation. No, there is no limitation, but a liberation. You have more time. The best shopping you are done quickly and I was already addressed by our purchasing department. :) A full car with only fruits and vegetables is a rarity here in Germany.
Yes, I have also taken a few kilos, but now I do not care how the weight evolved. That was at the beginning of the motivation, not now. It changes so much, especially in the inner thoughts and feelings. Before I ate meat, now I can not and will not cause any more suffering. This is not a mind decision, but from the heart. Since no way back. Impossible. I am happy and satisfied with this of nutrition.
My digestion has improved where I had previously struggled with constipation, it is now a day and easily. My teeth are cleaner. Before, I had already received when watching sweets tooth decay. Also the bleeding gums is gone. No more coated tongue and my teeth are white, almost like after a dental cleaning at the doctor.
After eating I feel deeply satisfied and happy, in harmony with myself and the life. Do not confuse with only saturated or Pappsatt. What I mean is something completely different. A sort of gratitude and deep happiness.
I am amazed every day anew how much influence the diet. Who would you like to live vegetarian, should read this book. Vegan then comes by itself as a result. It's so easy. Only a small step. The difference is huge and joyful.
So read carefully and implement. It is an asset and not a waiver. Your life, your health, your Wohbefinden, it should be worth it to you. On a peaceful future. Namaste.
