This cd is awesome book, my daughters, 3 and 5 years are concentrated listening and doing the yoga moves. The book is very pretty and has a great story. I put every night when my girls are lying, the movement of the Eolis ca fairy and allows them to sleep peacefully whereas before it was not at all the case.
