Beautiful helmet operation but bizzare !!!!!

I bought this helmet, enjoying a beautiful promotion, Fast Shipping, Receiving on time, very correct packaging.

As against the headset is malfunctioning, there on the headset cord a device that allows to lower the noise level when receiving a phone call.

The problem is that this device is still active, so that the music is very muted at all times unless we constantly pressing the small button on the cable.

In my view, this headset does not work normally, so I will return.
