It's very much going on with 'The Weight' and 'Sugar'. The latter song is rock and ice cold therefore. Towards the middle brag ballads like 'Honesty' and especially 'Nothing' with their beauty. The editor can can rock out very well and write profound ballads just both. 'Formaldehyde' sounds typical of the Editors and remains almost the best after the first hearing in the memory. The last track 'Bird of Prey' has a einprägende drums Line and deep piano sounds a great ending!
All in all, the editor a little pace taken out with this album, compared to earlier works. Nevertheless, a great disc has arisen that goes in your head and stays there. At the end there is a point deduction because a real Kracher a la 'Papillon' or 'The Racing Rats' missing. Fans and other music lovers of the genre should nevertheless approve this disc.
