Bed Top, Service Flop

I share the opinion about the bed itself with the previous speaker. Comfortable, very visually appealing and you can sleep wonderfully in it.
However, I had with the shipping and the service real problems (to NOTING: Shipping is via a forwarding of the furniture store, not on Amazon).
The article was ordered after a long search in mid-March, as the delivery to me was after a week of the period from 27.03-01.04. called.
Until then, no problem. At 5:04. I wrote to the dealer who had received the money directly on the day of order a mail, when as was to be expected with the delivery. The answer came quickly: Please wait until the forwarding calls. Two weeks later, without further information, I wrote again, at one time it was said that it has committed an internal error, the shipping logs on to the next business day because the bed since the 1:04. would be in temporary storage.
Four days later, called the forwarding to it to make an appointment for the week.
Finally came the bed (without screws, no instructions), without a reasonable explanation why there were problems, let alone an apology.

As I said, the bed gets 5 stars, the service no, because it is an incredible insolence towards the customer.
