This barley grass juice powder is not milled barley grass, as 90% of all barley grass products. It consists of dried juice and is therefore much more concentrated. I have tried everything in my life to dietary supplements, the market has to offer. Much of it was useless. This product is not. After long-term use of other barley grass powder I feel fitter and less tired. A cold comes if at all much less common and is after 3 days away. The price I must however deduct a star. At the recommended 2 teaspoons a day, it is sufficient not month. A little tip to stir: I use a milk frother. Gibts for few euros on Amazon. Here, the juice is free of Klümpchen.Mit stirred the teaspoon, the powder does not dissolve.
