Best Soundtrack ever !!!!

As Bond fan the soundtracks of John Barry of the Bond movies were for me always a must when I then but 20 years ago, "Dances With Wolves" saw in the cinema, which was an eye, Whow, madness effect in one, not least because of the soundtrack. For the soundtrack I only think of: elegiac, epochal and timeless. As John Barry under served here quiet moments or storylines is carried by the music wonderfully. You start with the soundtrack to dream and has when it automatically stops the film in mind. Here the score is never soporific, but when times orchestra then eg at the buffalo hunting fully breaks down resoundingly, one is immediately fully there and can continue to enjoy. Although I have collected over the years between 150 and 200 Soundtracks, this time has expired all the rank and was replaced by any more. For me, the masterpiece of John Barry, which he subsequently never reached even close.
As Barry strings and horns combined - Track 3 for example - is simply madness. He certainly uses horns like to express something majestic, was not new here. As soon as you score the 6th Bond film "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" the Imposanz the Alps with horns was underlined. In this score there are now the vast prairies.
Or how worn, light melodies - Track 4 example - in contrast to dynamic pieces - Track 7 - stand where then as I said war drums and trumpets sounded. Combined flute with strings ensures romance - track. 6
For me this is the only soundtrack, where every score, every piece to 100% beauty and perfection was ground as a musical diamond.
