Big problems of instability and little reagent and bug.

I've already bought 2 Toshiba brand products 1.5TB moreover excellent.

The one I just bought is 2 TB poses problems.

Filled with more than a 1TB files take forever has opened, Windows search the lamp turns for a few minutes and ... nothing, we must close the file and often does not respond (plant) must be the same sometimes physically disconnect and reconnect the HDD takes time to be recognized.

Note that I have changed the USB port and PC.

Worse, I created folders, refusal to put some of the data (sic) and the tassel of history, the created files are not to be erased, even with unlocker !!!

The only way is to reformat it, great when filled to 3/4!

I bought it to transfer data to a WD (Caviar Green) 2TB planted me, I have regained much that I transferred to the 2TB Toshiba, how can I do now to return it to service?

I have to buy another and do the inverse manipulation?

I highly recommend this product, the 1.5 TB are good and reagents, 2 TB is perhaps a bit too much for a DD self-powered, then distrust, data recovery is a week of work.

I return to my most negative comment.

After much struggled, contrary to what the manufacturer says it must indeed reformat the HDD via your PC and everything is in order.

I wait a little to see if my statement is right.

It's amazing that the manufacturer does not encourage the buyer to make this manipulation, a good product may be unstable or unusable on some PCs, luckily I am pugnacious.

Finally it hard DD (mine) to a real big problem, sometimes it shows all my files to o bytes ??? must disconnect and reconnect to regain its data.
Back to SAV safety measure.
I bought the same, hoping that this problem is not recurring ...
