Big problems with software and in the bass range bad!

The Dolby system is actually very good apart from the sound of the bass is missing. I had previously been a Home Cinema system from Samsung and was very happy with it.
Since I am now moved and I no longer have the space for the standing column for the DVD, I decided for a new purchase.
To compensate for the lack of bass, I have to hang me an active subwoofer.
Now the sound is absolutely convincing.
But So now comes the next problem if I eg in the evening on d.in. turn off goes the next day nothing.
Nothing goes on besides more disk and.
Then helps only draw more male.
So clearly the problems exist with the software yet.
