I do not have the latest burner, but one of LG GSA-4082B and that the previously and I had no problems with the Plantinum blanks. But must also say that I have already ordered no longer (over 1 year) and now it was time again and I suppose I should listen more to the negative reviews ...

So I wanted the same times burn something and put a blank disc and I can burn to only a maximum of 2 times the speed and I understand a firmware update brings nothing of it.

I'm usually not in Zeistress and burn anyway just at 4x, but 2x is me then turn slowly.

I do not know how it is with new burners, but who has an older burner should change your mind in any case.
