After a very friendly phone conversation with the vendor company to me the return label were sent immediately by e-mail.
So I could see the mats cost and easily send back.
The refund was then apparently forgotten momentarily. Another phone call and again a week later was the money there.
About a month later I got a call from the company, I would not hesitate to think about whether it should vote to stay with the 1-star, after all, everything would have worked out so well and the other reviews but were also so good ...
Love Company D. of M. I've been thinking:
- As long as they sell goods through a portal in which one has to rely on images and not make it neat, the product matching images with erkenntlicher color to show, as long as this remains a star.
The Schmutzfangmatte on the (not enlargeable) image is anthracite and with a lot of imagination is there doing a little blue.
Our mats were supplied "I-Jump-you-in-the-eyes-blue" with small black patterns.
