We use them every day at breakfast and dinner, because they simply are unbeatable slicing bread, cut cheese, cut rolls, etc. They are and remain sharp for a long (and when I say "sharp" write, I mean also keen). Since I can remember, we had it already with my parents (at that time still in black, red or blue), since I have my own household, they are also in us. Your sharpness diminishes only very slowly and only to a very limited extent. In the holidays they go the way whatsoever with, because I always get annoyed when there such Dummie knife lying in the cutlery drawer :-)
