In principle, I can only add my voice to the many positive opinions. I chose because of the many positive reviews for Seagate Momentus 5400.7 750 GB and am very happy with the decision.

The board is quiet (when the fan in the laptop is not running and everything else is quiet, then you hear whirring easy.), Seemingly low-power / more efficient (at the point it gets no longer so warm) and very fast (a real boon in comparison to previous hard drive).
