First, the normal salad chef knife in use with 12 x 12 mm after less than three weeks use (potatoes, carrots: all vegetables is supposed to process the problems) broken several knives. Then - after about only 4 weeks and only 3 x per week use with the above vegetables - even the blade insert 12 x 12 mm at the Salad Chef Junior (I cook only for 1 person and not for a football team). The call at Genius, in which I asked what I should do in again, blade breakage, was succinct: During the warranty period just send photo and invoice via mail, I receive by mail a new blade assembly, I could always make warranty during the 2 years. Then I can always wait for 2 weeks for the sending and in the time I lack the said knife use.
Is surely logical that for the most part the French 12 x 12 mm insert is taken, as for carrot cubes, celery or other hard vegetables, what LT. Genius would be processed without problems. Well stop only for a very limited period. Quality is something completely different.
