Bought while the original cable my Western Digital 3.0 MyPassport had passed away after too many windings.
In view of the shield braiding and especially its resistance to twisting, I do not think make this cable HS quickly.

Works great, the flow is more than okay because I can read directly from my hard disk video files in full HD without noticeable latency problem. This was not the case with the supplied original cable.

The flow is just as well on my PC and MAC computers my TV.

I recommend to all whose cables from their USB 3.0 external hard drive and HS are wanting a sustainable replacement.
