Capacity indication wrong

I am aware that the consumption specifying the automaker has the capacity indication of printer similar to only a rough guide. A deviation of more than 40% but I find quite rude: According to product specification, the capacity is 2,500 pages on the package itself, however, only 1,500 pages are given - probably this figure is even very optimistic. My inquiry was already answered with the succinct note, agree the specification in the product description - knowing that I already can not complain when the cartridge after 1,000 pages is empty ...
