Have thus tried to load a tablet and a mobile phone 4500mAh 2300mAh. Both devices had 10% charge remaining.

So charging needs were about 6100mAh, the Power Bank has been fully charged before popping. Result was: phone fully, Tablet Charging process aborted at 92%.

So far away from 9000mAh, probably goes back. Will ask the support where available to Stellugnahme.
