Case has faulty design: HDD toast!

I had already bought a USB2 enclosure / e-sata ICYBOX which I was VERY happy, but ... Camera used for the second time and already the famous fake connector contact: Case HS.
But much more serious: the disk contenais he seems to have enjoyed at all, I think it is also HS!

And no need to look far to see the cause of the massacre: the welds connector are awful and obviously been times ... not pretty nice, especially two small pins into the facade and more plastic back would probably Just a wedge connector and avoid this butcher ...

PS: I find it hard to believe that the end note "honorable" this product ... a product that "just works" he really deserves 5 stars?
So ... why give good marks to a product has clearly faulty design? will mislead other consumers from the brand's fans? or outright manipulation by the manufacturer? ...
