Faulty design?

I had been looking forward to my new housing. 4. After use (simple snorkeling), but I had to realize, that is broken in the lock and thus the case was defective. At the point of closure, however, was not a burden and not a point of contact.
Since that is not covered under warranty by the manufacturer, I can only advise against buying. I find that that's a bad design and I got a bit unlucky with a "Monday Model". When you spend so much money on a piece of plastic, I think you can also be a little more accommodating and send a customer and a new closure.
