It is a low-grade plastic box with a lid that has slots on two opposite sides. On the bottom two strips pads are glued. Done.
Something like that I just expected and yet I was disappointed.
The plastic is shaped but unclean. If the lid does not rest, sharp edges appear. And when the lid rests, may from below against press any cable, because tightly can not be the box. Furthermore, the rubberized strip below the box are glued wrong. Sure, this does not look you, but I want to know what I paid for.
Without slots on the sides I was able to find at just poor quality for 5. Thus the storage costs can not lie.
Nevertheless, I would probably keep the box if they would at least "maxi". Although the official figure, a six-pin connector is shown and still shows place, my multiple plug will not even fit with 6 seats and power switch into the wrong box. And if they would fit, I had to ask why the box is so wide. Actually, just so that the cables are on the side and not push away the lid. But why so high?
Criticism:
- Shoddy workmanship (sharp edges, glued wrong)
- Wrong measurements (either too wide or too high, not long enough)
- Lid does not close tightly enough
But you can probably keep it snappy, light-shunning small animals and feed it through the slots. After all.
In fact, there are still providers who require even higher prices. Thus Hama earned a star to. The other star is there to provide for trying some order behind the hi-fi system.
For little money more I would, however, want the multiple plug would be integrated. If more people buy this design, the profit margin for such production should be loose enough.
Conclusion "I do not like (sadly)". I have to make myself there again ...
