On holiday I was a cast-iron pan on a gas stove to test and after initial difficulties ('m just accustomed Teflon and AMC!), I have the rotation with the cross fry found out and learned to love. Just a shame that these things are so beastly difficult and thereby good (difficult hinzubekommen with one hand a somersault, but good Trainigeseffekt for the upper arms, LOL!) For crepes so awesome, then the Neuanschaffungspreis of up to 130 euros for a very wide pan, but I have my husband convinced that I can only be happy with that and I am excited about what is good for the pan on a hob! The Teflon I'll be happy to dispose of, is totally over and not worth the money! Then sign up again! Greeting Tymmi who would love to cook in a good restaurant!
