From the article description, this unfortunately is not apparent. It is even suggested that it is a "desktop charger", which is sold "with charger USB power adapter".
Because the device has no GS mark (tested safety), I did not dare to find out whether the item description is incorrect or the information contained in the instructions of the importer (Fa. Onni-Tec GmbH in Diekholzen).
My conclusion: It was stupid of me to think that I would get a docking station or charging unit for almost 15 EUR, whom I would entrust my 600 EUR expensive iPhone.
