We run the skimmer to a metal frame pool. Easy to install, but does not provide sufficient support to the screw holder to lift the skimmer.

After a while the skimmer pushes out of the water and pulls air. The filter pump then runs dry, which can lead to their destruction.

Our solution is to weigh down the skimmer through a container filled with pebbles nylon bag. Now he stays safe in the water and works very well.
