I have replaced almost all of my halogen spotlights to LEDs early 2014, thereby also ordered new transformers. The ancients had an excessively high minimum load. I tipped one of these transformers with 5x7 Watt (= 35W), turned off the switch, and it happened .... nothing, all lights remained dark. So an old halogen spot clean with 25 watt + 4x7 watt LEDs - everything is illuminated. So it was not intended, dear FA Osram.
After a few weeks, the LEDs begin to flicker to a complete failure (defect).
Now re-purchase of another transformer, these ones are not useful for the LED operation, unless you maybe 100 watt LEDs.
