At my previous experience: I shave yet every 2 to 3 days with the standard Gillette Fusion and stop short my sideburns with a normal trimmer.
First Impression:

As used by Gillette, the whole package makes a high quality impression. The 3 in 1 package is housed in a well-stocked stand. Thus one has in the bathroom all together and can accommodate it smartly on the shelf.
1) Shaving:

The shave is usual tadelos as Gillette. The electric trimmer as blade carrier has an additional 'Power' function to provide vibration an even better shave. The new transparent shaving gel Gillette now allows a much more precise beard styling.
2.) Trim:
------------
The trimmer is absolutely ok for the price-performance ratio. Of course, expensive solutions can trim a little better but for sideburns and beard various stylings is the set with 2mm, 4mm and 6mm essays perfectly adequate.
3.) contours styling:

The precision blade delivers a precise shave. A precise styling sideburns etc. is no problem.
Conclusion:

Even though so leave some pure Trimmer solutions significantly higher-quality impression, so the price-line ratio is excellent with 20 for a 'Power' shavers, trimmers. I am very pleased with the shaving result and may recommend the 3 in 1 concept for shaving, trimming and styling very contours.
