After as always fast delivery through Amazon I immediately "tested" this close-up lens.
With the results of my Sony NEX-7 and the manual lens Minolta MC 50mm f1.4 I am very satisfied.
The close-up lens replaced not really completely a relatively expensive macro lens, because when they are used no magnification ratio of 1: 1 can be achieved. For this I use my manual lens Minolta MC 100mm f3.5.
Both Minolta are Oldies, but Goldies. The optical image quality is very good; the quality of housing is today
mainly produced from plastic lenses can not be compared.

According to my observation, the minimum focusing distance of my lens MC 50mm 50cm reduced by about 20 cm to about 30 cm. This designs can be displayed visibly larger. With a proper macro lens but I can work more easily than with this close-up lens. With their use, I must align pretty accurate tripod.
Snapshot Suitable for close-up lens in my opinion, is not. It is suitable for taking pictures with decelerated old "Honey", in which aperture and focus are set manually. At an AF lens I have not used this part.

The tactile quality is also very good - adequate optical power. The holder is made of metal
and fits comfortably in your hand.

The price / performance ratio I rate as very good.

For close-up lens is made and for that she is very well suited. Without any restriction, I can recommend buying and wish all readers of my review many good pictures. However, a macro lens it can not fully replace my opinion.
