Chic phone - but gruesome handling

That was probably nothing love Gigaset engineers. I had been every Gigaset device of S + SL Class - I extensive testing back chic but this is the first which after 2 weeks. What a pity: such a nice device, perfectly finished, great feel, great display, nice ringtones - but besides missing (but advertised) Product features and software faults, it fails unexpectedly even in the supreme discipline: After handling the phone is relatively atrocious. Under no circumstances should you use a as a good smart phone or tablet PC expect (!). Any other conventional Gigaset device is better than this first touch-phone from Gigaset in the performance - unfortunately.

In a nutshell:

Positives:
- Chic, Edeles look and feel
- Very good, high-quality workmanship
- Kontastreiches display
- Small, serious and stable charging cradle
- Easy setup
- Beautiful ringtones

Negatives:
- Slow reactions in the input processing
- Tw. to small sensor arrays (tw. in the millimeter range)
- Both of which lead to frequent undesirable actions (eg incorrect choice, etc.)
- Awkward to use + tw. not intuitive
- Nested menu structures
- Minor software errors: for example, is an address list transmission (go only single numbers) to other handsets not possible
- On the one hand, the touch screen responds too imprecise and too slow
- On the other hand it is already when transporting the instrument through the apartment again to undesirable actions, etc.

Unacceptable (latest firmware version at the date of purchase 22:11:11):
- Missing (but advertised) SMS functionality
- Device attaches itself regularly (eg call appears after taking the device out of the cradle sometimes a frozen service side of the screen and you can then call this definitely no longer accept)
- Overall, the device is not safe to use and not reliable in the answer.

In summary consumed handling (even for art-lovers like me) to the nerves. The other users here at a phone things like "small and large trailer"; "Slow reactions" to "small sensor areas" etc. accept and give 4 or 5 stars I can not understand.
With a phone in this price range you have without compromising fast, accurate and easy to make calls. Everything else is in my opinion unacceptable.
