Serh good workmanship, nothing wobbles, is stable. Have a bigger chicken grilled, was not an issue, the grill is big enough even for larger poultry. The Ferderbügel hold bombproof. However, the grill should be high enough in my Weber gas grill Spirit that's no problem. The grilling result convinced cross and juicy. Very good also the drip tray, thus the grill remains almost 100% clean.
