I have for some time the unit currently in use and am completely satisfied.

Chocolate schmiltzt so quickly and it burns to nothing. Chocolate icing, chocolate covered fruit or almonds, nothing stands in your way!

According to the manual of the pot is not the way (standing in the Amazon description that it is possible) in the dishwasher.
