For the fourth album by Lenny Kravitz, released in 1995, so far I could inspire me at least. As is typical for Kravitz everything is handmade. The master has this album almost replayed alone. Many pieces plays drums, bass and guitar. While a variety of musical influences are audible with the predecessors, the pieces focus on "Circus" mainly on rock and rock 'n roll. Similarities to Jimi Hendrix are particularly visible on Circus. With "Rock And Roll Is Dead" this CD as well as "Are You Gonna Go My Way" starts with a fast and powerful rock song. A very successful piece is likely the quieter and harmonious his "Circus", which has a particularly beautiful beginning. Attention should also give the wild "tunnel vision", that, however, only live its full effect. The CD is total monotonous and less varied than its predecessors or as the new "5".
