these headphones have now for over 2 years in operation and I'm still excited.
I commute every day about 1.5 hours to work and back and use it non stop listening to music.
Clear sound, even with bass-heavy songs, while calling hears me my conversation Spartans clearly over the microphone.

the controller also works wonderfully (voice dial, pause, play, last / next track, back / front-coils)

If this part sometime gives up the ghost, I'll get it to me definitely again (or halt the successor).

Addendum of 06/20/2014: After almost exactly 3 years the headset now has a loose connection to the 3.5mm connector, which goes into the phone. Although it work or anything that only you have to try rum, to again go both headphones with some wiggle back & forth.
Since the apple earbuds were praised by the iPhone5 so, I thought I'd try the of times, but after 2 days I have decided that you will not want to continue using.

Now I again ordered me MM70i.
