Songs class - sound of SACD ...

You put the SACD and the first song is which sounds the worldwide hit "Cocaine" and after the first notes a fall the jaw dropped ... but unfortunately not out of enthusiasm, but because of the sound, for an SACD, is a disappointment .. . completely bloodless and without any dynamic sounds of this brilliant song! - Then you're already served and about to use the SACD as frisbee ...

Improvement brings, when taking out the bass slightly and the sub can no longer be permanently play, no longer quite so klingts musty ....

From the second song, it will get better, there are even the Rears served by the background singers ... overall this SACD is but a short distance from a reference disc!

Whoever buys this SACD, because he loves the music and want to have a better sound than the CD, ok. - But if Eric Clapton'd experience just once in fine resolution 5.1 Reference sound, has further!

- Now we know why this SACD "only" around 20, - will cost ...

Basically the SACD deserves only 2 stars regarding the sound compared to audiophile recordings of our time. - Probably, however, in comparison with the normal CD, it probably sounded never been better. Therefore, and because the songs are great, 3 stars.
