Dubstep ?! What is that? I wondered even a few months ago. But when I heard Lindsey Stirling the first time it was clear. 1. The woman has really something to it! and 2. Dupstep is a trendy new mix of electric and fast rhythms or beats. May I personally yes like to drive a car, but Lindsey Stirling course you can also hear elsewhere. As a lover of classical music, I was skeptical at first as I thought to myself as Classical and electro beats probably can fit together. But it works! (Well you have to like beats, otherwise the nix). The two genres are perfectly matched and Lindsey is currently more popular. She writes and composes songs partly himself and makes also still own choreographies, which you can see in their videos (there are at Youtube also, among other things quite entertaining and likeable videos of her, z. B. It also has the theme song from the video game "Zelda" replayed or from the computer game "Assassin's Creed" and also dressed so she has probably also a lot of fun at the staging). The CD is varied design, I really think each song great, and hear up and down at the time, because as soon you will not get bored :) from television is likely the song "Crystallize" be known, there they played against a backdrop of a Ice Palace, a very catchy song and beautifully staged suspicious. The song "Moon Trance" should remember some points on Irish melodies, but all in all he is a very brisk song and video to be entertaining, with zombies, more I will not tell. Two remarks on the fringes: Usually I rarely watch my videos on the artists, but here at Lindsey, it is recommended because the songs are really staged elaborate and nice, see also eg the song "Elements".. The next remark: Almost all the songs are just instrumental (who thought so Lindsey sings also was mistaken, but that does not bother, because the instruments sing for themselves), from time to time can be a few passages out listening eg. the last song "Stars align" which is incidentally an absolute highlight at the end of the CD. So who wants to like me to take the plunge into the cold water with a genre mix that makes nothing wrong. If you like bass / electric and classical is the right place :) Lindsey's almost the female David Garrett, if not better in my ears :)
